By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1.2 These Terms cover the Website only. Your use of the Seeker application at https://seeker.lucioai.com, including any free trial, is governed by the Seeker Terms and Conditions and the Seeker Privacy Policy, which you accept when you sign up.

2.1 The Website describes Seeker for general information only. It is not legal, business or professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
2.2 Names, firms, companies, deals, cases, scores and conversations shown in product examples on the Website are fictional and illustrative. Any resemblance to real people or organisations is coincidental. They do not represent results any user has achieved or will achieve.
2.3 Features, availability, pricing and the security and compliance information shown on the Website may change without notice. The terms that apply to your use of Seeker are those in the Seeker Terms and Conditions at the time you use it.

3.1 Any free trial or promotional offer advertised on the Website or in our ads (including “free for your first month”) is subject to the Seeker Terms and Conditions and to eligibility. Lucio may change, suspend or end any offer, for any or all users, at any time and at its sole discretion. One trial per person unless we agree otherwise.

4.1 When you book a call or contact us, you agree to give accurate information and confirm that it is your own. Do not send us confidential client information through the Website.
4.2 We will use your information as described in the Seeker Website Privacy Policy. Booking a call does not create any obligation on you or us to enter into a subscription.

submit false information or information about another person without their permission;
scrape, copy, frame or systematically download the Website or its content;
interfere with the Website’s security or operation, or introduce malware or harmful code; or

9.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. LUCIO’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
10. Indemnity
10.1 You will indemnify Lucio against any third-party claim, and related losses and reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
11. Governing law and disputes
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved under the dispute resolution provisions of the Seeker Terms and Conditions, which apply to these Terms as if set out in full.
12. Changes and general
12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
